Claude OBERGFELL, Chairwoman and partner of C2J Avocats, has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1996. She holds a DESS advanced degree in Corporate Law from Paris V University.

After experience in a firm specialised in transfers and acquisitions of restaurant and bakery businesses, she joined C2J Avocats at the end of 1993, becoming first a partner and then Chairwoman.

She supports managers carrying out executive functions for their company(ies) and group(s). She assists them in the definition and implementation of their corporate and commercial strategies.

In particular, she intervenes in decisions regarding internal restructuring (holding company, inter-company agreements, management packages, shareholders agreements), projects for growth both internal and external (transfer/acquisition of companies, businesses, commercial leases) and business development (agency contracts, distribution contracts).

She has developed special expertise in the industrial sector (energy, metallurgy) while also working in the restaurant sector, where she handled transfer/acquisition agreements for well-known establishments.

In addition, she provides counsel in dispute resolution among associates.

She is a member of the Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises (ACE = corporate lawyers’ association).
